We have found Robertsdale Church of God to be a friendly, supportive, and caring family. In December of 2008,

I moved to the area with my wife Marci and two kids, Adam and Ella. Since that time, I've been the pastor and

have grown to really love the mountain top with all the outdoor beauty and the closeness of the people in the community.

 

It made sense for me to highlight the three areas of priority and focus that I saw in the church family and in my own

personal thoughts. Faith. Family. Community.

 

            Faith. We do believe Jesus helps us grapple toward the answer for the hurts, questions,  

successes, pain, joys, and problems that people face.

            Family. I love my family and next to God, they are my number 1 focus in life. Hopefully your                             

family is also important to you:) I try to let my faith in Jesus permeate my family and                               

guide my choices with them. It seems to me that the family is the most important                          

institution in our culture and society. “Family” could be parents & kids, spouses, single                                  

person, parent & kids, grandparent & kids/grand-kids, etc.

            Community. We want so much to help our community, the whole Broad Top area including                                  

Wood, Dudley, Cooks, Newberg, Cassville, etc. and of course Robertsdale & Broad Top City.

There is a lot of good in the community, and we hope the church can be an equal force for continued good.
